A Broke Child trying to save his father and family from extreme financial loss

This review serves as I last resort to seek assistance but more importantly to express my dismay and disgruntled emotions induced by the unprofessional and insubordinate conduct myself, including my family members have been subjected to by officials at both Absa promenade and Westgate Mall branch. This comes after an official at the promenade branch in Mitchells Plain assisted my medically and psychologically *********** father (whom I took out a general power of attorney on due valid medical reasons/grounds that deemed him *********** to manage his own affairs, especially financially) who at the time at the bank was taken advantage of and coerced into revoking the general power of attorney that was original uploaded on to the Absa Bank system and was meant to be valid indefinitely due to my father's degenerative chronic medical conditions and due to no termination date being stipulated under the POA terms. However, a respective Absa official at the promenade branch failed to exhibit his duty of care by assessing my father's capacity at the time and the coerced context he was pressured by (a so called friend acted in providing him with assistance), so that he could seek clarity from myself, his manager or colleagues on whether it was advisable to fulfill my fathers request at the time to revoke the general power of attorney, which in turn was invoked for the safety and security of his financial assets and this held investments designated to my minor sister to secure a positive educational future. Now by a poor decision taken which I perceive as devoid from the applicable internal Absa protocol and procedure related to an already uploaded POA and under what terms it could be revoked ( which I am sure the official did not double check, especially if the client was coerced and *********** at the time), Now my families financial investments has been lost to the ********s that took advantage of my fathers medical frailties and who has repetitively financially ****** from him. Simply, this is going to impact my minor sister from gaining access to a good reputational tertiary institution due to financial constraints, which only signifies one example of the losses the family is going to suffer from. However, I intend on finding a cost effective legal source from which I can gain assistance in resolving this matter amicably, as an apathetic manager has come back to me with alleged feedback provided by the Absa legal team that in order for the general POA (which I still regard as a legal-binding document, which holds the support of signed witnesses) to be reloaded, I would have to formulate a new one, get it signed etc. which will subject me and my family to more financial distress. Overall this is why I am so disgruntled at the service I have received from this renowned bank that ought to have their clients best interest at heart at all times. This matter I know would have grounds for the ombudsman to intervene in, can someone assist me in ascertaining what the contact details are of the Ombudsman?
