A bouquet each for Audrey Moside and Lindiwe Mthembi
I wish to place on record my appreciation for the efficiency and helpfulness of Audrey Mosidi and Lindiwe Mthembi who investigated the recent ***** on my account. All amounts were refunded except for one outstanding amount of R3 000 which was flagged by Absa yet they failed to take the precaution of blocking the transaction. I am hopeful that this amount will also be refunded.
