A big branch acting like a small one.

Im a bit shocked. I new absa was losing customers but i see why. Went to the branch in greenstone mall and couldnt deposit money for the company due to being told that thr counters close at 10:00am daily. Which bank does that? Its bad enough that each branch treats a person like a ********* by wanting ID numbers, etc as you walk in.
