A bank with poor customer service

The worst bank service providers ever, recently moved to Absa and I must say the taste they are leaving in my month is super bitter 😢 from their banking app that is to the way they handle customer enquiries, the lack of feedback is insane here it's not even a joke to a point where you think that they actually do not care about their customers 😕... A really disappointing 😞 experience indeed.
