A bank that lies

Whole week I've been getting calls from Anthony Richards and partners for a credit account that I was supposedly not paying. This is after i used this forum last month to complain that I was making payment on a reference number supp**** by Absa but some how they couldn't find or allocate this funds When I spoke to Rezona Louw all this would be sorted out internally and I would be dealing directly with the bank not some 3rd party calling for no payment. I'm not impressed with this institution as it seems all their promises of sorting things out is built on lies.
