<p>A Bank or Just a Bunch of Bullies</p> <p>Let's get one thing straight ABSA, just because, I bank with you does not mean the money in my bank account is yours, that is my Money and I have worked worked hard for it on my own, when I sweat and feel tired everyday working for that money you are not there.</p> <p>Just because I owe you money does not mean that you can go into my bank account and take money from it without my consent. That is *****ing and it is *********. You have no right to take money from my account without my consent received no call from you and there was no agreement that you would go into my account and take money from My account without my consent if there is an agreement like that then I want to see it.</p> <p>It is wrong for you to be bullies like you have been, well at the end of the day you are not the only bank out there and I will show you that.</p> <p>I asked to see the branch Manager and I was told he is not here and I was told that I will meet with the supervisor Michael Mokoena and it has been 30 mins now and Michael Mokoena has not come to me and everyone is passing me by and not asking if they can help me.</p> <p>Michael Mokoena came and I asked him to show me absa's credit card terms and conditions where it says that absa reserves the right to take money from your account if you are a client and you owe them money without you consent. And this information was never produced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its sad that when service providers are advertising, they promise you the world, but when it comes to delivery then they never deliver to their promises. </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst customer service I have ever experienced.</p> <p>ABSA Grove Mall</p>
