A bank from Hell .
I have a vehicle loan with ABSA but then I lost my job. I called them several times to explain my situation and ask for a reduction in my instalment. I'm yet to hear from them after 5 months . In September I made a payment of about 5 times my normal instalment with the view that it will cover me for the coming months while I figure out what to do . unfortunately ABSA had other ideas ,I'm told they don't allow that n they now demanding an instalment every month. Now my vehicle account is in so much areas I don't think ill be able to cope. Pls help
