I have had vehicle finance account with Absa bank since 2018 + 2020. I have been paying my installments every month. When the interest rate increased a few times, my installments increased a little bit at a time. Every month since I have had this vehicle account there has been a charge of R69 every month labelled SUNDRY ITEMS which I attributed to admin charges. This month this amount is not R 69 but a large R3230.00, then back to R69, then to over R1700 + etc.
