Good day everyone

I'm not sure if anyone came across the same issue with ABSA as mine. My phone I don't know if it was hacked or cloned,I could receive phone calls but sms I was not receiving.i did not pay attention because I was home sick. So it happened that my credit card money was transferred to my main account, another portion to my business account. My business account there were 30 rands that where deposited in my account and other amount like R100 etc My main account a large amount was transferred to discovery account and Absa account.

ABSA when I called they did confirm over the phone that the Absa account that the large amount was transferred to the account looks suspicious. I let them do their investigations for more than 4 weeks,now their outcome was they won't pay my R32k that I lost because my device was the one approving this monies,

My question to them was so are they saying I hacked myself. He never responded he said the case is closed. How do I hack myself good people,and be blond and open a case for *****.

I need my money what do I do because I don't know how the *****ulent operate now I lost R32k I need it to pay school fees,rent etc
