I am due to collect my card as my one expired, ABSA is sending me from pillar post. I only have an ID with my ****en surname, I never had one with my marital surname since I got married. I opened my ABSA account in 2016 using the same ID and marriage certificate. Now ABSA refuses to issue me with a card without an ID with my marital surname which does not make sense since they managed to open the account with same. I won't be getting a new ID as well since I am in a process of divorce since 2017. I am extremely frustrated as I need a card urgently and no one is willing to give me a way forward!!!!
