Good day,

I have a vehicle two ficance accounts with ABSA Vehicle Finance and also banking with ABSA bank as my primary bank where my salary is deposited into monthly. With all the above ABSA group still does not value my loyalty. AVAF have decided to ruin my festive holidays by double debiting my bank account for the vehicles these resulted in other accounts being returned unpaid,then ABSA bank saw an opportunity to penalize me with over R1000.00 of bank charges I e. R900,00 admin charge, R270.00 Bank fee and R70.00 transaction fees.my issue is had ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE not double debiting my account I wasn't going to miss any payments. I am warn anybody thinking of banking/ financing with ABSA to completely stay away.

If ABSA doesn't resolve this mess I am intending to move my salary to Std Bank and I will report this case to NCR . I can't be experiencing this kind of services during this time year
