7 months increments

"Should we reverse the holiday payments the amount payable for the 3 month instalments will be R12,713.76 Instalment payable then R4,116.21 including insurance."This is Absa's response to my query and now I want them to make it possible to make a payment of this amount due than their capitalised interest that is null and void to our agreements...Under their terms and conditions it was never stipulated that I will have an increment of months greater than 7 to benefit the institution...what for?thats a financial ******* and this is just an extraction of more interests for them...candidly revert back to me to make arrangements to pay R12,713.76 as per your communication.I phoned today and I got a null service instead of a proper explanation

I am really not happy about how this matter has been handled.
