6 Weeks No Decision Made

Claim number: AB/03/2015/02, Ref ***, Complaint Ref ***<br> The municipality pipe broke (big one +-20cm) on the border of my property causing damage to my driveway and possibly to the structure of my house.<br> In almost 6 weeks ABSA is unable to get Civil Engineers out to check out possible structural damages to my house and assign building contractors to fix the damage and provide feedback.<br> Now I am going overseas for 3 weeks which means this have to wait another 3 weeks.<br> Funny thing is. I am paying 10% more for this insurance than what competitors in the industry would charge me. I was telling myself this 10% is fine if the insurance is better than the rest with service etc. Not in my case.<br> I do not see why all of this could have settled in one week.
