6 months and 52 e-mails later. Who cares?

My question to Absa Ford Credit was:
- Why don't you request my debit order on the date that was agreed on and not any other random date which causes the debit order to be returned.
- What policy of R125pm appears on my vehicle finance statement (since 2012), that I know nothing of and have not agreed to. This information was not on the monthly statements sent to me.
I live abroad so cannot call 0860 numbers. I refuse to argue over the phone since the supplier will have it recorded and I will have no record of the conversation. So I asked Absa Ford Credit to conduct all communication with me via mail.
I now have 7 different case numbers. Each time I send a mail to enquire about the case, I received a reply with a new case number. The case has been dragging on for 6 months and a number of random people rep**** to the various mails they created, in no particular order. On calling the call centre (when last in SA) to try and resolve, they had no idea what I was talking about. The one department does not know what the other is doing.
All info sent to [Email Removed] [Email Removed]
