***6 Absa Vehicle Finance account - Dealership knowingly sold us a vehicle that was faulty

After numerous phone calls and emails.... Absa has still not even responded.

Does this person even work for ABSA?

Email sent: Good day, Bongani

Kindly contact me with regards to the vehicle finance deal signed with Absa Bank on the 16th of November 2021 for a Hyhundai H1 2010

Bryanston Executive Cars (BEcars) in Randburg knowingly sold us a vehicle, that had an electrical fault. This vehicle was not drivable, and broke down on the side of the road on the 17th of November 2021.

We were unable to test drive this vehicle as it was powered by a battery back on the day.

We have since repaired the Alternator, Airconditioner, ABS Sensor, Spark plugs at an auto electrician as per Luciano.

These units were stuck together with silicon and super glue, by passed and connected to a stove isolator.

This dealership has refused to pay for these repairs. We are unsure if this vehicle is safe to drive and would like Absa bank to do an assessment. This vehicle STILL does not work.

This vehicle was told to us, that it had been serviced, but had rusted spark plugs in. Later said that the vehicle only went for an oil service for Warranty purposes and not a full service.

The vehicle has driven 70km from Dealer to Auto Electrician and back home and the clutch on this vehicle is now giving a problem.

Kindly obtain the documents pertaining to repairs of R20k done on this vehicle as per Luciano at Bryanston Executive Cars, so we can verify that these repairs were in fact done.

Our permit has since expired.

Please could you send me a copy of the Absa Warranty we purchased.

Kindly treat this as urgent.
