5th week no ABSA response

As usual promises but no action. Deadline date promised by ABSA long passed. Many mails to them and then they have the cheek to ask me to remind them what my complaint was about. Not even Hello Peter seems to help.<br> Extremely poor service., This is now the 4th Hello Peter complaint and still no contact or resolution.<br> Not poor service any more... now useless. Don't know why the Action line and Hello Peter staff are employees since they don't do anything.
