2 months ago I wrote here about ABSA debiting my account 4 times in 1 month. A week after I wrote here with no call from them, I decided to call and their consultant was also confused what was happening. He said he will escalate the issue but he did not come back to me. Last month ABSA did it again 4 times and this month is worse they did it 4 times and they telling me I'm sitting on minus R397 and when I'm asking them about the money they debited, they say they don't know what happened I must go to the bank. How is the bank going to assist me when people at the branch are going to ask me to call them. So now I'm going to escalate this to Ombudsman because this is a serious ***** against a black man.
