I Reported a ***** case against Absa on the 26th November 2024. Until today I heard nothing from Absa ***** unit. They took R4500 out our account on the day my husband's pension gets paid so as soon as the money was paid in someone used my bank card that was in my handbag and swapes at a Restaurant in Santon at 10 o clock at night on the 22nd of Nov. I don't know the Restaurant we live 2 hours drive from there And then the agent tells me.but was it not your husband after I said he was with me. So I want to know how do they use your card that is with you and I did not have a tap on the card. So where did they got my pin from...I think it is in the Bank where the leak is...and I am still waiting form my money.. I don't have word for there service. I went to the branch manager at carnival mall and she just Said to me in front of the whole bank I don't have answers for you.. but on the 1 of every month they take there service fee. To look after your money.. What a joke! So will someone please help me....
