To whom it may concern I was not a client yet with Absa when i started my dealings.I was told that Mr Shane Muller would assist me through the process. Mr Muller showed true commitment as if im his only customer or his first. He assisted me in the most professional manner i haven't seen in a long time, i have never personally met Mr Muller but i can tell you that he is proud of his job determined to satisfy the customer by any means how. The way he handled my finance was nothing less than a wonderful experience. He truly knows how to talk to a customer and always showed respect when contacting me. He explained anything i asked him in the finest of detail. He went more than an extra mile for me. I do believe he is an asset to Absa in many ways. Because of him im in the process of changing my banking from Capitec to Absa. Pls forward my thanks and appreciation to Mr Shane Muller. I will without a doubt recommend his services to anyone i meet in the future.
