5 Days to process a personal loan application - Pathetic service

In the past I've app**** for a personal loan & the experience was quite pleasant & the service very efficient (To the extend that I complimented you on Hellopeter). My applications was attended to & finalized within 3 working days max. On Monday 27 May I app**** for a top up loan & was provisionally approved. I submitted all relevant documents but to date (5 days later), no one has called me yet. I called the personal loans department twice & was advised someone (Portia) will call me back. Why is it taking 5 days to process an application which you normally processed within 3 days? My reference numbers for this application is: C- ********** 8 & ********** 0477. Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
