5 days Later...No Feedback

I app**** for a loan on the 11th November at Centurion Lifestyle and I was provisionally approved for a loan of R250 K as I had requested and was quoted for R6K per month of which after deduction I am left with over R25K every month and the consultant said I will get the money on Monday as the branch manager is not there and on Monday I had to call her and still no loan, on Tuesday I had to call her again only to be told I am only approved R70K, I checked my credit scoring which is very good and I am left with more money and I was not given any reason I was told it's the system. So she said she will send the application to credit and I should get feedback on Friday 17 November and now when I call the branch I am told she is on leave. She sid not call me and I am not sure what the outcomes from credit is.
