I'm extremely frustrated with the service from Thrifty! From the 17 March still awaiting my deposit refund Today trying to sort things out they now blaming my bank Absa for not releasing the funds. Call my bank and they have nothing pending! They cannot help. Call Thrifty they can't help because it's my bank! What the hell am I to do if both places are unable to help.
