48 hour acisident report that takes 5 weeks

car accident 22 mei, I direct claim approved, but the vehicle still standing in the hollard yard in central Durban. the panel beaters get the run around when they want to collect vehicle. Also the damage to vehicle is 17 thousand and the car is only worth 30 thousand the chasse is bent and they refuse to write the vehicle off . They refuse to repair it and refuse to pay me my money out. We have to keep calling and then get the run around. I have wasted R1000 rand on phone calls. and are losing my clients as transport not available until direct decided what they want. I am now out of pocket.
