4 months and still Waiting.

Absa is financing my car, so every month on the 27th debit order goes through, It happened that on the 27th of March I had already moved money from my savings account to one of my flexible accounts, So a debit order couldn't go through, the following day on the 28th I called them, to explain the matter and humbly apologizing for that, so I asked for the account where I can make a payment from my Capitec account, The lady I can't remember by name gave me the account, and immediately I made an immediate payment from my app as I was afraid of additional charges.

As soon as I moved the remaining balance back to my savings, A debit order from Absa went through, And that was when I called them to make them aware that I had already made a payment and would like to reverse one of the payments.

Gentleman who was assisting me kindly asked me for the account that I was issued with by the lady I spoke to over the phone, He then told me that, that account number is of an individual and is not linked to Absa Vehicle and Finance, They then promised to carry an investigation, I provided them with proof of payment and affidavit.

It's an amount of R4500 and to this date I haven't received it, It's 4 months now and I'm still waiting.
