4 MONTHS and my bathroom is still not fixed

4 months ago a pipe burst in my bathroom, plumbers came, turned off our water for 2 weeks, then came to fix the bathroom. Builders would have come to fix the whole in my bathroom wall, 4 months later, we are still waiting for ABSA. Paying R600 insurance a month, FOR WHAT. They phone and say someone will come during the week to fix the bathroom, and 2 weeks later, no one shows up. I complain and again the same story.
