4 Months and counting that Paid off Accounts are still open

I have been struggling with Absa for the past 4 months to get my ALREADY PAID OFF Accounts closed, this has been dragging and dragging, I still can't buy a new car even though I have no debt currently. On Clear Score I can still see my Absa Vehicle Finance which was paid off in August 2021 and I can see on Experian that my Credit Card is still open. I want someone from Absa to contact me to close these accounts and I want it back tracked that I did not miss any payments in the 4 months that these accounts have been paid off but neglected to be closed from Absa.
