3rd Time having issues with ABSA insurance!

I bought the house 2 years ago with a loan from ABSA and was forced to take the insurance with them and was told I can change to someone else at anytime. They sent an assessor to look at the house before approving the loan. I then had a problem with the garage roof last year (2015) and phoned ABSA to send out an assessor. The assessor came out and the claim was rejected due to building fault on roof and I ended up paying for the repairs out of my own pocket.<br> <br> Now I have contacted Absa again (22-March) because of a leaking roof. The assessor phoned me on 23-March and told me they can only come out a month later. I told them I have leaking roof and I need someone sooner to prevent additional damages if it rains again and can't wait a month. They told me they will inform Absa so they can send out someone sooner. I only received a call back from ABSA yesterday 29-March; already a week later and the claim was only then sent to another assessor.<br> <br> Update:<br> 13-April; An assessor was here 2 weeks ago, but until now ABSA still not contact me back. I phoned them now but was told the system is down. I need someone from ABSA to follow is going on...!!!@!
