3rd HelloPeter complaint - Unauthorised debit order on my account

I pay my vehicle installments via debit order. ABSA debited my account with an unknown amount and indicated that the difference is paid back to me, which it was not. Who gave permission that this unknown amount can be debited on my account with an amount that is 2 times my installment amount. This is completely unacceptable. Customers, be very careful when dealing with ABSA. They cannot be trust and even if one of the employees give you feedback, do not trust this. Check your amounts and any dealings with ABSA.

This is my 3rd HelloPeter complaint and this is still not resolved. I do not get any feedback and no solution. I am really not impressed.
