Im sooo ****ed off with absa collections they contact me on friday while i was on my way to Lesotho to attend the funeral due to bad network we couldn't continue with the call okay i think after few hours i log on to my banking app i realised they debited R20900 and something fast forward to Monday 29 April 2024 went to secunda branch they assist me to lay a complaint and explained to me that due the fact that theres no agreement with them they will refund me my money,okay left the bank went home now i receive an email stating that they will only refund 50% based on that my phone went to voicemail just because my phone was off you decide what you want with my money without consulting with me im stranded here havent done anything now im suppose to suffer because of someone who just decide what nonsense is that im sooooo ****en ****ed offf its that how they operate vele???
