3D secure not working for both debit and credit card

I am supper frustrated with my Absa Debit and Credit card.Both cards cannot purchase online,it just says unable to process 3-D secure.Ive tried everything,tried clearing my browser,tried wifi on my laptop while phone on mobile data,went to their branch and spoke to their 3D department,still nothing.The lady from 3D secure said she would escalate to IT but no reference or response.I moved everything to Absa yet I cant make purchases online.What a nightmare,I should have stayed with Capitec because this is nonsense!!
