3d secure not working due to contact detail change

To whom it may concern,

Last year while booking for airport transfer/shuttle via absa travel and Lifestyle Concierge service my contact details were changed on my 3d secure, for OTP confirmation from 9638 to 9658. I emailed them but no one seems accountable.
