+30 days credit card still not issued, no reason
App**** for a student credit card 23rd October 2015, was told issue shall take 5-7 working days.<br> <br> It has been over 30 calender days (over 21 working days) and credit card still isn't issued, on the system it say \PENDING".<br> <br> No update/explanation given for delay or why its still \""PENDING\"" on system"
