3 x FICA AND STILL NOT FICAED

I was approved by ABSA to qualify for a Gold Credit Card and as such collected the card at Woodlands branch with ID and FICA Documentation as this was required to collect the card. A month later the account was blocked due to FICA problems, 3hours later and i could use the card again, now for the third time the account needs to be FICA'ed, (Why then all the documents were handed in with the collection of the card)
