3 Weeks & Waiting For ABSA To Open Bank Account

I opened a ABSA Flexi account with overdraft 3 weeks ago which was approved as far as i know.I called about 10 days ago asking for an update.I was told it was being processed and i would receive notification soon.I receive a message about a week ago asking for proof of address.I send my proof of address,my office poa,FNB bank statement etc in case any further issues may arise.

Its now almost a week since and still no update or response.I think i have been more than patient.Your service is appalling.3 Weeks to open a bank account.Really.Are you being serious right now.
