3 weeks waiting for a credit card

The virgin Money application process was easy enough. Thus i was expecting the same efficient service throughout. It was not so. After being told my card will be delivered within 3-5 working days, i was expecting that to be the case. Even gave extra 5 days allowance for the card delivery. And nothing at all was communicated in the two weeks. Only after my call 3 weeks in did any communication take place. Each time i call i am told the card will be delivered within the next three days. <br> Thing is i believed them every time they said you \will have your card within the next three days"a week ago.
