3 weeks to process an application!!!

I app**** online for a personal loan with Absa on the 4th of November and sent supporting documents on the same day. After hearing nothing I inquired and was told that an assessor will call me by the end of that day, that was on the 9th of November. Today 3 weeks later after application a consultant calls me requesting supporting documents again!!! So I go through the trouble of sending these documents once again as I was promised i will have an outcome for my application by end of day. Its 4:30 pm and I haven't heard nothing form the agent who promised to confirm by email once he has received my documents. <br> Absa can you stop wasting my time please , how can you have system issues for 3 whole weeks???? Lose clients documents when i received confirmation that you have received them. And your consultants leave so much to be desired. I spoke to about 4 of them today and only one the last lady i spoke to should call themselves a customer service consultant,The rest i don't know what they are doing there
