3+ weeks for credit card

This is the 3rd week since I app**** for ABSA credit card.... It took two weeks to apply and get approved... A week and to deliver the card because still have not yet received it... I wish I can cancel the whole thing... I mean 3 weeks, I regret and I'm thinking what else to expect since I have vehicle finance with them, an insurance, and funeral cover... To me this is a huge redflag.
