3 unauthorized debits in 1 month

Have this 3 of this unauthorized R99 debits in from my account in 1 month: NAEDO TRACKED DO /SETTLEMENT/VBAINC/SAGE Never authorized this transactions, I even set my monthly recurring limits and daily limits to R60 but this still go off. Why! Why! I need this reserved and help on how to block this transactions in the future please.

And the sad part is that it doesn’t appear as debit or stop order so there is just no way of stopping this on through my internet banking. It’s not listed as recurring payment or future dated payment.
