3 months later ABSA has not updated a full paid account on NCR/Credit beaures, now my family suffers because of this

Good day, My husband had an absa loan and absa credit card which he paid in full in febreuary early March, we received paid up letters but tell me why does this amount still shows in arrears in my husband’s credit profile, both Experian and Transunion shows it as money in arrears. My husband and i wanted to buy a car and we cant because the absa loan still shows even after being paid. This negatively affects his credit score and negatively impacts. It is now Begining of June, why has absa not updated this information on the beaures??? Or even NCR because what is this??? Fix this now, we suffering because of you. You had a whole 3 months. Why must we beg you to do your job.
