2nd Bond denied "coz" based on averages
<p>My next home loan will definitely not be with ABSA .I asked for a 2nd bond on my property .My personal credit record was approved no problem . The valuation on the property was too low so they declined the loan. but they never even came to do a valuation on the property. I know for a fact the property value is way more than I asked for . I had offers for way more than I would have owed the bank if they approved the loan.</p> <p>Maybe I am the one not understanding correctly .</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like ABSA to help people on a more personal level not based on averages </p>
