28 days later and still no contact at all from ABSA Stockbrokers

Their new trading platform is ok but if you need administrative support they are absolutely useless. I've lodged a couple of issues on HelloPeter and to their defence ABSA themselves respond quite quickly but the issues persist. You will hold anywhere between 30 minutes and an hour before you get to speak to someone. During this time you will be told that there is a high call volume and you can e-mail your query and a consultant will give you feedback "asap" but even if you go that route. I have an auto e-mail from them generating a "reference number for this Case is C-***6" from 21st of July, nearly 1 month ago and still have not had anyone contact me (phone or e-mail). Really shocking service. #WIN
