27 years and now this *****

On 22nd march I tried to draw money from the atm at edgemead Spar at 9.59am. I was alone in the little cubicle, inserting my card. A man came into this little cubicle and said I need to scan my card on the screen....I said are you mad. The screen said I need to enter my 10 degit number?. I tried to restart the withdrawal but it still said 10 degit number required. I tried to cancel instruction ...no card. The manager and security went to look for the perpetrator. They also looked for my card in the machine...niks.. I then called from my wife's phone *** to cancel the card. The lady said it is canceled and no transactions have been done. I went to n1 city absa to get a new card. I have had a savings account since 1998. Very professional lady to help me and also fica me. No transactions. Sunday 23rd I went with my wife to spar same atm. I tried to withdraw. No funds.. How is this possible? What now absa?
