27 Days and 4th complaint to open and link Absa rewards account

So it's been 27 days trying to open an Absa rewards account after apparently opening it online (apparently because I do not know if it is open, it's not linked with my other accounts), after 20 days they logged the incident and Daphne called me, few days later she sent an email apologizing that it is taking so long. The email she supp****, nobody replies, the number she supp****, nobody answers. So Absa how long does it take to open an Absa rewards account, according to online banking, it should be linked the next time you log on. I hop you will compensate me for the month I could not earn Absa rewards?
