24 HRS SUPPORT NOT AVAILABLE AS ADVERTISED BY ABSA

I tried to several options on (see image) YOUR SUPPOSED 24 HR HELP LINE ... AND KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT ABSA's ADVERTISED 24 HR SUPPORT - ONLY WORKS TILL 4H30 PM OR 8PM OR 9PM ... AND IS APPARENTLY NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 9PM

AWESOME 24 HRS ABSA HAS .... 8AM - 9M = 24HRS?

I AM EXPECTING MY SALARY TO BE PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT AND WAS TRYING MY BANKING APP, ....... LOCKED OUT , USSD BANKING ..... CANT REGISTER ..... TRIED THE 24 HRS HELP LINE ..... NOT AVAILABLE 24 HRS! I MEAN ***!!!????

So the supposed "24 hrs helpline", automated voice just keeps informing me that consultant support is only available (On one option) till 16h30 (On another option) till 20h00 (On yet another option) till 21h00

So I feel that this is falsely portraying a service that doesn't exist .... An automated voice telling you that no one is available to assist you .... Isn't 24 hrs support, right? Or am I being the dumb one here?

And it's a pity that I can't attach the screenshot of the advertised 24 hr support as taken off of their web support page ...
