I am very disappointed at the way I am not getting any response from you guys. This matter has been going on for way to long and I have not received any feedback from senior management as if I'm the one who did something wrong 1.This ***** was done by the bank employer and the dealership(Mr.Massood , Mr Breed and Lerato Mosia)

2.The vehicle was picked up by Absa from my premises in December.

3.Absa keeps debiting by bank account and my bonds keeps on bouncing and I have to go to the bank to do reversals and interest is charged on my bond.

4.I sent an email to the complaints department at absa and they were not interested in assisting me and that indicates that they also working with the dealership.

please could this matter be sorted out now as its been too long

please note that i am still waiting for a response to my email as you have not even requested for the proof of the contract and the documents that i submitted. you are also not interested in assisting and i shell contact the NFO for assistant

today is the 20/03/2024 and you had told me that you should have a response on the 20/03/2024 but there has been no communication sent to me.i have been trying to call your number and it seems as it no longer works
