2014 Approved account while on ITC 2015 Refusing

i had a vehicle account with this bank form 29/10/2014,,,i paid the account very well untill the car has been paid up on the 9/10/15,,,,,Now when i'm applying for another car of the same amount because that one was involved in an accident and was rite-off,,, they say applicaton is unsuccessful because of ITC records,,,,of which even the time i app**** for the first car i was on Itc,,,,,and when i'm asking who approved the account in the first application, they say they dont have that information,,,why because i didnt open a ********** account,,,it should appear from their system,,,I emailed Nelien Dreyer(assistant VP) about this she said she will find out from credit dept,,instead she said they received all the updates from credit bereaus,,,,i went to re apply at ABSA,,,still they are refusing to take my application,,,what else do i need to do to get assistance from this Bank? i've paid them i dont owe anything,,why now they cannot approve my application and why they cannot tell the reason who approved,,do they have another system that approves ITC listed clients ,,if yes why now they cannot approve it,,,,,i phoned them more than 30 times for one thing,,, why plis answer!!!!!
