2 week application and still no approval or card

I app**** for a credit card more than 15 days ago. In between all those days, I submitted my details and documents twice to the following addresses: ********** and ********** following which both said they received all documentations and acknowledging receiving my documents.

In the midst of all this, I called numerous times finding out if my documents have been well received and all the consultants that I dealt with indicated that they can see all documents received.

Now with all this as frustrated as I were, I complained about lack of customer service on twittter whereby they take more than 8 hours to respond and then subsequently I complained via hello peter last week.

2 days after complaining on hello peter on my way home, i get a call from the Absa social team saying they are following up the complain and then after explaining, she looks at my profile and sees my application has been held up as a certain document has not been received......she said my ID document is missing and I should send to her so that she can escalate. I've heard that so many times and i called it out that this is just a delay tactic because if you read my complaint you'll see that i listed all documents which I received, and twice infact so. She started biting her tongue and apologised for the convenient and asked that I send the document she requested (the nerve) and I told her please to with draw my application as it doesn't make sense through all the various stages I went through you come and tell me about a missing document?????

I mean how come wasn't this picked up by the other consultant?

Get your business in order and this Africanacity thing started on a bad note.
