2 vehicles covered at the same time with one figure, but absa only paid for one

i bought 2 vehicles from through ABSA finance and in september 2022 i took out a credit protection on both vehicles simultaneously and i got retrenched at the end of December 2022.I spoke to absa insurance and they refused to pay out the insurance on the vehicles.I took it upon my self to get the ombudsman involved and after deliberation they decided to cover 1 car.This is absolutely ridiculous as i covered both the cars at the same time.ABSA doesnt want to pay for the second vehicle WHY.If i had taken out the cover on seperate days or made one different from the other i would understand.I was quoted on both the vehicles one figure to which i agreed.ABSA is trying to get out of this.They need to pay for my other vehicle.Why was the decison taken to pay for only one,when both vehicles were covered at the same time.ABSA insurance has to come to the party and sort out immediately. t
