2 Tellers serving more than 20 people

I went to absa/boulders this morning and stood in a long que for 10 minutes which was not moving at all only to realise that only 2 tellers were available serving that long que, spoke to Bongi the teller manager who was so rude and when i asked as to 'how could you have 2 tellers serving 20 people and her response was that some tellers wer on lunch. THIS IS 10:20 morning.....the first week of the month....some one clearely failed to think here or its just lack of management s****s and ignorance and bad customer service.
