2 months to get a settlement... Still waiting

Two months requesting a settlement and still nothing so I stopped paying and the same person I started my request for settlement emails to advise I'm behind... Really,... The only way I can get absa to contact me is by stop paying.

Even my debt review company is unable to get a settlement.

You go into debt review to protect yourself but when you in a situation you can settle then they don't want your money.

My loan at capitec took less than 10 minutes to get a settlement and pay it... Wonderful service

Absa two months and nothing, I'm not prepared to pay what's on the statement when I know they can offer a settlement

At this point maybe I should wait for them to take me to court so I can please my case there...
